There is no way to talk to a person with this company. Once you buy, it's yours forever. I was unable to return the items I purchased. I went through their website return process several times, but the submit button was grayed out each time no matter what I did. And there was no explanation why I could not return my items. I looked and looked for a way to contact someone in the company, but the only contact is through their computer-responding chat. You cannot chat with a person. So frustrating. I will never buy from this company again.

Order a physical gift care on Nov. 13 2020. After 2 emails to Raise, I finally received the gift card on Dec 7,2020. It says right on the order slip that "gift cards are to be mailed within 3 business days". It was more like 13 business days. The gift card has teeth marks in it and is damaged to a point that I cannot give it as a gift. I'm not even sure if the merchant will be able to swipe the card as the damage is on the magnet strip side.

So far, I have not had any issues with Raise's electronic gift cards, but after reading so many negative reviews along with my most recent experience with this gift card, I think I might be done with Raise.

Purchased hemp oil capsules and aloe gelly. The hemp oil capsules are a new product for me and so far I am pleased. Easy to swallow and provide the nutrients I am looking for. The Lily Of The Desert - Aloe Vera Gelly is a product I have been using for years. Lucky Vitamin always has it in stock and for a nice price.
