I paid $6000 upfront to have a new hvac and ducts installed. Company installed everything but ductwork then said there was spiders in the crawlspace so I needed to hire an exterminator which I did. Without checking they said there were still spiders and wanted me to hire a crawlspace clean out company which was unnecessary. They blamed me for not being able to complete job, came and took back all the equipment installed whic was unauthorized and even cut the electric line too short causing me to pay $ 600 to have another ran so a new company colld install (they had no spider problem). They then kept $1000 of the money I paid which not only did I receive nothing for but cost me money.

They sold me a higher priced ticket advertising 24 hr refund. When I found the flight I wanted that they said wasn't available I called to cancel and they hung up on me. Then refused to answer before a rude woman told me on my 3rd call she woukd cancel it but it's now on my credit card.

Freddy and his company were so easy to work with. They showed up on time, completed the work quickly at a very fair price. Freddy was there to answer any questions. He was even able to supply workers for drywall repair and rotten wood I was unaware of that they ran into. He takes great pride in delivering a job he's proud of.
