I am furious! I spent over $260 worth of clothes for my birthday vacation and up coming job interviews. I chose thredUp because I needed to buy a lot of stuff since I grew out of all my clothes from last summer. The packages said delivered but I never received them. I contacted FedEx and USPS. They both put out a investigation and told me I need to contact the retailer because they may be able to give me a credit since I have shopped there a few times before. Well I tried to contact ThredUp by e-mail 5 times then left several voice mails to the number that takes you directly to a voice mail and NOBODY EVER PICKS UP! This company has really great clothes and I hate they did this to me because I love shopping with them. But pray you never have a issue with your order because you will absolutely never get it resolved!

So Disapointed I really wanted those clothes I bought! #MoneyDownTheDrain
