Omg. Such a very terrible experience over the phone today. The finance department is so very unprofessional. They speak over you continuously and because you choose not to provide a DOB over the phone. They disconnect the call twice. Agents are extremely rude. I requested a supervisor or manager and the guy keep on saying there's non. Am the only one here. Like really? I just want to pay off my account and never deal with them again
