My husband ordered a free sample of the above capsules which their website said would cost freight only.
However in tracking the bankcard payment I discovered the next day we had been charged for a fitness programme as well. It did have a 30 day cancellation clause so I emailed the company to cancel which they did but I have never received the refund. Although I have emailed many times since, we have had no refund.
They have tried to contact us by phone but we are unable to understand what they are saying and have asked that they email us instead. And no response.
