If I could of selected 0 for a choice on star rating I would of. I ordered flowers for my daughter and selected a beautiful bouquet they advertised online and when my daughters flowers arrived it wasn't even close to the arrangement that I selected. I contacted them and explained it wasn't what I ordered and they refused to send out the correct one and refused to give me a refund. Talked to 3-4 different customer service people and experienced the rudest/ worst service ever. Never was able to speak to a manager or get this matter resolved. Beware do not order from this company it's a joke!
PLEASE READ. SCAM... BEWARE... DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A FRAUD AND DON'T HONOR THEIR POLICY THEY HAVE NOTED ON LINE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! TRIED TELLING ME THAT THE BOTTOM ARRANGEMENT WAS THE SAME AS THE ONE I ORDERED WHICH IS ON TOP.

Never order from this company... They will not send what you ordered... And they do not honor their company policy. Worst customer service ever! Scam alert!
