I requested that my bank step in to get my money back when I realized Waistshaperz was not fulfilling their agreement to have my items in at the time I paid them to deliver it... I contacted Navy federal in early April to try and resolve the situation. I contacted them on 3-4 different occasions and had only received a message saying they're basically looking into it... from early April to literally TODAY... I receive a letter stating, we've resolved the issue now that the company sent your items 2 MONTHS after I ordered them...

They literally sat on the issue giving the company all the time they needed instead of stepping in like they were supposed to.

Horrendous customer service!

IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT YOUR ITEMS, YOU NEED TO CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! They didn't send my items until after I opened a case with the BBB... I ordered my items in March. They didn't arrive until May 12th and they came on separate dates. When I asked customer service to provide... customer service... and answer my questions they blocked me! I had to go in incognito mode on my computer just to talk to them... do NOT buy from them if you're expecting them on time. Had to pay someone to get my items because I wasn't in town. I need the items before I left town for a wedding! I paid the $9.99 for 5-7 day shipping and they wouldn't even provide that as a refund!

I had repeatedly asked for information on my order since I never got most of my order (over half at the time) and I was ignored until I started asking for my money. I would get emails here and there in the last 2 months, but that was to state they couldn't refund me until I closed my case. Which paypal informed me was popreal trying to get me to close it so that they wouldn't be able to get my money back from them through paypal.

I received an email shortly after their response to my review claiming they don't know who I was or order number (somehow they managed to find me, who would have thought) telling me at first they would be willing to provide me a refund within 10-15 days. I responded with "So I should be expecting my refund within 10-15 days correct"

Their response...

And I quote...

"My apologies first! I don't know how to explain to you. Sorry!... To be honest our refund system is really so slow but i can sure we never scam anyone and refund you finally. I promise! If you still have not get your refund you can solve it by your own method and i wont prevent you. Thanks! ;)"

So, apparently what I'm gathering from this is... We told you 10-15 days less than 24hrs ago, buuuuuuut never mind... I'm sorry, if we cant give you a refund, you figure that out! What's so hard about just giving me my money back? You had no issues accepting it?... just give it back...

Don't do business with this company... especially if they add winky faces to their emails telling you that if they can't give you your money back, figure it out yourself... seriously popreal?...

I spent $145 on 2 orders in which were terrible... out of the 25-30 items I purchased, 2 of the items I actually liked... and even they had flaws... Just don't... save yourself the hassle...

I know that maybe our customer service know your order number but on this platform we can't find it and we also can't find it in the system based on the information you offered here.
We can deal with the problem only by knowing your order number and then check it in the system.

I filed a complaint with paypal to get a refund for JUST A PARTIAL of the items they NEVER SENT, which was about half my order... it took 2 months before paypal just told me to send everything back. Popreal tried to get me to close my case stating if I closed it they'd refund me. Paypal told me absolutely not because if I closed it I'd have no way at all of getting my money from them. Popreal told me to mail the items to a California address, Paypal told me that address is not linked to Popreal and that I would need to send them to China. My refund would be $74.49, it was going to cost me over $100 to send the items to China. So they tried lying twice to get me to lose my money. I requested repeatedly that they please just send the rest of my order or my partial refund. They blocked me from signing in to the website, they wont pick up my phone calls or respond to my voicemails and they are ignoring my emails. This is a scam! I am filing a complaint with the government for internet crimes as well as my bank. The address is www.Ic3.gov if you are looking to provide the government information on this company to get them shut down! None of the items I received were as described, poorly made. Don't get caught up in the nonsense that happened to me!
