I returned the car on time but they invoiced me for an additional 3 days plus late fees. Customer service has been terrible and no one has responded back except for an email to give me back 1 day since I told them I wasn't even in the State on the day they say I returned the car. I asked them to check the video to see I returned it on time. They said no telephone was available at the counter so they would have to send an email to the San Jose office to confirm. I haven't heard back. This has doubled my bill!
Tip for consumers: Don't use them. They will over charge you, blame you and then not help you at all.
Terrible experience. I had to modify my dates. I let them know 1 week in advance. They told me they couldn't modify the existing reservation that I would have to cancel it and request a refund via email and to book a new reservation. Afterwards, I get a generic email that they won't process a refund for the original reservation at all.
Tip for consumers: Just don't use them.. it's not worth the hassel when you think you're getting a good deal
