Appliance Connection is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service agents would not give accurate delivery information after weeks of calling them.
Every time I asked who I was speaking with they hung up on me. They are totally liars. After multiple attempts calling and emailing them twice a week from June 13 to July 2 - to cancel the order prior to it being shipped (after they had previously stated 3 times it was in transit).
They ignored verbal and written requests to cancel the delivery, their shipping company (AM Shipping) forged my signature on a delivery ticket, left 2 boxes in my driveway before 7am and have refused to honor their return policy. They are now trying to charge me over $100 to return the tables I no longer wanted because of how I was treated.
