CSR chose to speak in a whisper, I politely requested she speak up. I repespectfully explained I'd been on hold 20 mins & I just needed help with installing the latest version on my tablet.
She hung up, well she laughed first. Yes she sounded Asian & I'm American. Yes I believe she hung up on purpose...the laughing leads me to believe this. I hope I'm wrong.
Truth is Asus products tend to be subpar, customer service is less than subpar. Truly regret doing business with Asus.

Quora blocked me, they claim, for not using my "real" name. Truth? I had the audacity to disagree with & then block one of their favorite members. If you're into high school antics, if you are a good sheep, Quora is for you. If you are intelligent, an independent thinker, if you like to share ideas to gain knowledge there are many forums/sites available, Inspire is one I would recommend. I have blocked Quora & yet they continue to email me. Quora was started by one of the individuals that started FB... enough said.

Purchased dog collar, clasp/fastener, pulls apart w/o depressing buckle/fastener. Our dog(9 mis old, newly adopted) escaped his tie out twice, found collar still attached to run, dog collarless & running free. Requested refund, never heard from them.
