I still remember the Pan Am days and wish I could magically transport back there, but post 9/11, I suppose the whole travel industry has changed. Now, safety overshadows experience. Don't get me wrong, I still love to fly, but given the choice of train, RV or flying only one of those involves a pat-down by a stranger. So that's the way of things I suppose. But Delta has held strong in a quality experience for their customers aka me and my husband. I give them 4/5 because they still have some work when it comes to pet handling but their human service is first-class!

A friend told me about offrs around 2 years ago. I tried it for a month and felt that it was more than we needed. Down the road we got hit with strong competition in the area. We tried a few services but they were all about marketing to existing leads. So we tried offrs again. Different sales rep but same services and more actually. They added several new tools that we probably weren't ready for before. We've been with them for over a year now and it's been great. Predictable and reliable seller leads and tools that allow us to communicate to our entire area. We've ended up having to buy our friend a few dinners because of the recommendation! :)

My husband and I have been traveling through and to Asheville, North Carolina for a number of years. I used to spend summertime there as a kid in camp! We've enjoyed the area as an easy go-to spot becuase of the RV and lodging options. Things have been getting a lot pricier the last few years and that has 'forced' us to explore the surrounding areas. Not a bad thing at all just wasn't what we were used to doing.

We were pleased to find Hendersonville, Rutherfordton and Black Mountain. These have been staples of the area's culture and history for centuries I guess, but each has grown up with the infusion of new generations of explorers - like us!

We were a bit dissapointed to land in Black Mountain during the slow season. I admit that this was our own fault, but still there was little to do and most of the shops seemed quieted. But it is so beautiful there and the people couldn't be nicer.

I guess that this should be a review about the site. Honestly, I just lined to the chamber site and they seem to do a good job. As far as Black Mountain itself, I'd probably give it a 5/5 if there was more to do off-season. We're headed back this summer and possibly during leaf season. Maybe an updated review will be in order!

I have traveled the world over, but often times the best things are close to home. Thai Culpeper is just that. The menu is excellent, the staff is super friendly and the owner keeps a tight ship to make sure it stays on course.

We had not been in a while, but a recent visit inspired us to pop a good word for our friends and family there. We cannot rave enough about our experience. If you head through town, be sure to stop on by.

Thank you!
