This was the worst cake ever. It was my Son's wedding cake. Very disappointed. This cake was not suppose to have fondant on it and was suppose to have 3 layer with different mousse for each layer, and was to be chiffon not white cake. It was a white cake with all rasberry cream filling it didnt even taste like a mousse with whole cake was fondant.
I was referred by someone else to them that had a wedding before him. I tasted that cake and my Son's was nothing like that. My Son called them they have yet returned his call. Very expensive wedding cake. That went into trash it was that bad.
It was so far off from what they order was it someone elses cake.

I bought some items from keypink who is a rip off too. Thought I would be protected using paypal for purchases. I first contacted someone from keypink about my purchase and how i was very dissatisfied with there product and wanted to return it. They sent me an address finally after 6 or 7 emails back and forth. I returned the items and paid for shipping. Never heard another thing. So I contacted paypal and sent them the emails from the company with the address they provided and pictures of items. I felt like I was talking to keypink. They said I needed to return the item before they could do anything for me. I sent all emails from Keypink to paypal and they didnt acknowledge I already sent them back. So I was out my original purchase and shipping and merchandise. I guess thats what you get when you think you are protected. DON'T USE PAY PAL unless you dont care about what you buy you will not be protected from purchases

I bought a jacket and a keychain for my husband in September received the jacket but never received the keychain wrote the company at least four to five times and unable to get a refund for the keychain. Its now January still not resolved.

I was very unhappy with the crossbody purses I bought. The picture showed a pair of sun glasses and a cell phone in the two front pockets. When I received the product there was not enough room for a pair of sun glasses or a cell phone, it was so small that I couldn't even fit a wallet in the purse very dissatisfied with products. Was told they can't return them. Just be careful when you buy from them. They do not return products. I will not buy from them again

I just got a pair of shoes from new chic and the next day they fell apart. Only had them on for a few hours and seam came apart. From what I am reading it is going to be very difficult to return them. I gave this company a second chance cause I really liked these shoes. I went through numerous email back and forth. I guess I pay the price we will see will keep you updated on return process if any
