I signed up in early November and got the Editors Box a few days before Christmas. Their website is very unclear about how this subscription service works. It shouldn't take 6 weeks from the time my card is charged until I get my first box, then it ships the week before Christmas. My box was delivered on a rainy day while I was out of town for the holidays. I emailed customer service, who took 3-4 days to respond and told me to have the post office hold my package. By that time I was already out of town. I liked the contents of the box though. I then ordered some products that were on sale, my card was charged immediately but there was no indication of when I would receive them. I got an email last night saying they shipped, and they were delivered today. Received them 10 days after I ordered. I decided to cancel my annual subscription and discovered that their website says that if I cancel I will not get a refund and will not receive any more boxes, so will wait to get the rest of the boxes I've paid for and then cancel. They seriously need to improve the information on their website, their shipment information, and their customer service. Nice products, terrible website, mediocre customer service.

It sound's like you pre-ordered the Editor's box which was scheduled to be shipped out to members in late December/early January. We're sorry for any confusion if you were expecting it to receive it sooner. We included a link to the Editor's box FAQ on the checkout page so members would know what to expect, you should have also gotten more details in your confirmation emails after joining.
We definitely want members to know exactly what to expect and we want to make sure all shipping policies etc are easy to navigate so we appreciate your feedback.
