I signed up on Thanksgiving Day with this dating site as they advertise for seniors but I was so disappointed by this site just trying to upload my pictures taken this year as I'm honest not post old pictures as many men do, selfies which they are clear not blurry and no nudity but dressed up to my neck and long sleeves but they kept rejecting those pictures also not much of choices for me finding a man there. 80s too old for me. As for pictures, I felt like I'm in Iran or one of those countries very strict and unreasonable. I had in this spring the same pictures on even bigger names of dating sites, and they never made any comments or rejected them. After a few days I had enough of stress from Zoosk and called them to cancel the subscription and since they were very unreasonable to me, I asked for my full refund. A man I talked to he said ''we can't do that" really?! No other dating site said that but refunded if I wasn't happy with their site and after telling him that is not right he said ''we'll charge you for a month which was more than a month the amount he told me and I told him is not right then he said ''we'll make an exception'' and asked him to send me an email to confirm that but he sent me email just confirming the cancellation nothing there about the refund. I called next day and asked this lady talked to the same thing and she said she'll emailed me conforming about the refund but NOTHING no email at all. Wow! What kind of service is this? No honesty and you can't trust this dating site.
Finally, I called my credit card and started a dispute. Is just an awful dating site, they want money no matter what. No concern for customer satisfaction. Also, the men on their site have no location where are they live, very strange.

Tip for consumers:
They don't disclose much about their policy and I trusted that they might be like other dating sites about the refund unless I used the site for 2 or 3 weeks than I understand that they keep money for a month or so. But in this situation just refund the full amount since I wasn't use anything at their site, but they're the ones making difficulties.

When I made the appointment over 2 months ago, I explained clearly what I need to have done, my wisdom tooth extracted and I was told that yes, they do that as is also showed in my insurance book so I got an appointment in 2 months, very unusual to wait that long but I waited and meantime I suffered high fever for 4 days but I was looking forward to see doctor Gonzalez thinking he must be very good doctor as he is busy giving me the appointment in 2 months just to be so disappointed. They did a few minutes ex rays which shouldn't because I had them done with another dentist previously and I believe they got them in the email but again, more money for them. He looked at my wisdom tooth and told me he can't do it as is too complicated for him?! Ii made an appointment next day with a dentist who did the job in couple of minutes as was not much tooth left there. But I just received a bill from doctor Gonzalez office to pay $ 207 my share plus my insurance to pay, what for. He should've pay me damages for a long wait and misleading that he can do this job but I'm revolted of the greed. He wants money for something not deserved. 2 minutes time. What kind of world we live in?

Doctor John Brunetti should know better but he doesn't seem to care but to make money, the more the better. As patients we deserve respect also and real care.
One staff member at the front desk Debbie I talked to before I came there for my wisdom tooth extraction told me I have to pay $ 120 also she needed a referral from my primary doctor which she got it but in the end, I paid $ 400 and when I got there, she didn't talk to me at all, just ignored me and no explanation about the $ 400 I had to pay or about my insurance coverage. I left that place tired from so much driving, over 1 hour - she forgot to give me the other location where the doctor was which I didn't know that they have 2 locations, I just had the one in my insurance book lake Zurich and not Vernon Hills where I had to drive another 30 minutes - and I received a small receipt for $ 400 writing sale, nothing else. Like I purchased something in a store. The spot where was my tooth was bleeding badly but I had to keep driving. Next day I called to ask her why I couldn't receive a receipt like any other medical facility to show what service I had done but Debbie was quiet or put the phone away and let me talk by myself. Very rude and disrespectful. I called again and another woman working there answered and told me I had to ask for a receipt and talked to me in a fighting tone and called me rude just because I was telling them what I thought I deserve as a patient when she was rude the way she talked to me I never called anybody any names I- I'm 74 years old woman and never experienced something like that- and she hung up the phone on me after called me rude. Everybody deserves respect not just being old but that even more. No professionalism among these women. Sitting in the waiting room there, they were talking loudly and laughing loud, and NOBODY wear masks except the doctor and myself. Everywhere I go to a health care facility, everybody wears masks. This is a private practice but is like nowhere else the way they do it. Is like wild west. The doctor did the extraction kind of roughly and quick - wasn't much tooth left there and left the room. They don't do follow up just take your money. I asked about that and was told they don't do that. They don't give a legitimate receipt, no follow up, no manager to speak to as I asked and told that they don't have a manager. They supposedly work in healthcare business but is no CARE just greed. I felt traumatized from this experience.

A great site to expose bad services.

The so called Insure On The Spot supported by Direct Auto just take your money but if it happens to have a claim, they don't honor that. They asked my daughter's car- insured with them- over a year ago to bring it to a body shop they appointed because of a water damage which they should've fix the damage, but they didn't. Her car stayed there for 1 month while they did nothing but one of those people working in that shop stole my daughter's CDs and don't try to complain about anything truthful because they lie and never admit anything but the insurance didn't pay the damage they promised to pay. STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSURANCE. I even complained to the secretary of state but they have their people there too and nothing can be resolved.

I waited more than a month to see this primary doctor Katherine Parenti who has 5-stars online just to be treated like secondhand citizen as another patient described her experience. She came in very unfriendly, nothing humanly nice and she did her very quick physical exam me sitting on the chair by the door and just checking my ears and one time breathing and told me to come back for blood test order?! Never happened that in all the years seeing a primary doctor - I'm an old lady chronologically not physically - obviously is about more money but very poor service. Her assistant took me to the ex- rays room telling me to sit there instead of her putting my order in the system there where is a lady at the desk. I waited almost 1 hour, and everybody came and go except me, so I got up and asked how long I'll be sitting here, so that lady took care of my order. The ex-rays lady wonderful. I had to see a Duly dermatologist and the same experience. She did my full body exam me sitting on the table, never ever happened before and I needed a good body exam as I had years ago some skin problems. She did that in 2-3 minutes and out the door. They want money but very poor service and disrespect to us as patients. I had in Jan. 2022 another Duly primary doctor the same experience. They all have 5-stars online but in reality, they deserve 1 star. I complained to their department but online I couldn't write a review as I was stopped like frozen my review because of this corrupted site with reviews on doctors side. I thought we live in a free country not like North Korea or alike. Just horrible experience and it shouldn't happened.

I tried so many times in the last couple of days to write an honest review based on the unfortunate experience I had with this first time visit primary doctor but I couldn't because Healthgrades stop my review every time, was like frozen even thou I never used any offensive words, just facts. Is like we're in North Korea or one of those kinds of countries to stop freedom of speech. Who's this Healthgrades, when I called, they ask for $ 1 fee, I guess that's all about, money, I won't mind paying but I don't want them to have my credit card numbers. Don't trust them at all.
