I am disappointed with the earrings. They are much smaller then the earrings shown on the picture. I will return them but according to the information received from the CS I am responsible for the shipping cost. Because of this issue I will not longer order from this company

This is the worst experience I had with ordering online. And I did not even receive my order yet. The customer service provides you each time with a different answer. There is never a supervisor available to escalate an issue. I was told twice the the supervisor will call me back- the supervisor did not call me. Remove your payment information to avoid issues with them. Their side is set up intentionally the way that it is very easy to accidentally make an order! It will not ask yo to review and confirm.

Satisfied with the outcome, pretty good dating site. I think the price is OK and I liked the option of pausing account, very useful when you're trying to focus on one person. As we all know, it takes several attempts to meet someone you are really interested in..
