I feel duped paying in advance then having to STILL pay out of pocket to use my credit
I hoped for high quality comfort
The convenience of browsing online is great but comes at a steep price. Items that would generally be under $10 in a local thrift store are sometimes twice that much. Thrifters don't pay for labels as much as regular shoppers so high end names do little to convey value in a scarf priced at over $20.
The free shipping threshold is very high and shipping takes so long that I had forgotten that I ever ordered anything.
Great concept, a but pricey.

So sorry to hear that the Elite membership was in any way unclear. I'm happy to clarify it for you!
*When you create an account with us - you can join Elite through your account or you can opt for the Pay-As-You-Go commitment-free shopping option or the VIP membership option, during checkout when shopping.*
If you opt for the Elite Membership, you'll receive a monthly tailored box with three sets. These sets are chosen by your stylist based on your account's Elite Dashboard preferences.
Once your monthly box is delivered, you have a 7 day try-on period to see which sets you love and want to keep.
**During this 7 day try-on, we kindly ask you to visit your box's Finalize Order form, under your account's My Orders section. There you can let us know what you love by marking your sets as either Kept or Returned.**
*For added flexibility you also have an option to extend this 7 day try-on period by 3 days, just in case you need more time to decide what you love the most from your box. To opt for it, you just need to click on the "Need More Time?" tab, that's located underneath the Complete Online Checkout tab, while the 7 day try-on is active.*
After the 7 day try-on is over (extended or not), you can return unwanted sets using the box's prepaid return label. You just need to carefully peel off the box's original shipping label and you'll find the return label underneath.
- You can return anything you don't love, for free. You only pay for the sets you keep!
**Helpful tip:** *you only need to mark the sets as Returned or Kept during the 7 day try-on. For the actual physical return, we allow up to 30 days, starting after the 7 day try-on ends, for the set(s) to be returned and to be received back at our warehouse.*
**Important:** *Kindly return unwanted sets in their new, complete, unworn, and unwashed condition for them to be accepted by our warehouse.*
The next day after the 7 day try-on ends, we charge you for the sets you keep.
If you miss finalizing your box during the 7 day try-on and get charged – no problem! You can return any unwanted sets using just the return label and we'll refund you after we receive them back and process them in our warehouse.
