I'm trying to reach out to you to give ideeli.com one more and last chance. I purchased two men shirts on Saturday July 14th. Even though it was supposed to be a surprise, I told my husband I had bought these items for him to make sure about the size. He told me I should have ordered size M, not L. I waited until Monday 16th to contact customer rep. The order is still expected to be shipped July 16-18, but I have been told right away that it is too late for a change in size. I hope you can do something more efficient about it. I don't want to deal with the hassle of returning it, but more importantly, I don't want to pay extra $10 for shipping.
