THE CHAT PERSON TELLS ME THERE IS THREE OPTIONS IN REGARDS TO A REFUND. I LOOKED ALL OVER THE SITE AND SEEN THE PROCESS NOTHING ABOUT THREE OPTIONS. SO I PROCEED TO ASK THE CHAT PERSON AND THEY CONTINUE TO REPEAT THEMSELVES "I NEED TO KNOW OUT OF THE THREE OPTIONS ARE YOU CHOOSING". AFTER MULTIPLE TIMES ASKING WHERE ARE THE OPTIONS LOCATED ON THE SITE AND GETTING THE SAME RESPONSE, I DISCONNECTED THE CHAT. GAVE THE BATHING SUIT TO A FRIEND. AND IM ONLY GIVING ONE STAR BECAUSE I COULDNT SUBMIT MY REVIEW WITHOUT ONE
