Went to purchase some Big Heads for my sister in law's graduation. Took forever to connect with a Groupon representative. In the end, I paid Groupon $26.97 for 3 heads (3 x $19.99 value on the website = 59.97) which I then paid $13 per big head for shipping and tax ($13x3 = $39) because groupon wouldn't let the vouchers combine. So I pay $39+ $26.97 = $65.97 for a $59.97 +$13 ($72.97) item. Saving $7 in total... Total rip off. Used to use the site to save for fun events like graduation. Now its just sad.
Tip for consumers:
DONT USE GROUPON! GO TO THE ORIGINAL WEBSITE INSTEAD

I ordered a red lace Christmas dress from DressLily. Ordered November 4th and it was delivered by the 20th. The dress was a great fit! Perfect for the holidays. Their customer service always responds within 24 hours. Will buy from here again.
