Our grandson opened a bird sculpture on Christmas Eve. The same day, one of the legs broke, even though we were very careful when moving it. I wrote to the company and they refused to send a replacement and offered me a 15% discount on my next order. They said they could not replace it because it was damaged after it was delivered. Everything happens after delivery? Did they think it would break before delivery?
I also had trouble with ordering (my mistake) and found them to be very rude and unhelpful in resolving the problem.
Do not buy from this company.
