I have purchased from Shein and got the deliver in Hungary, in Europe. I want to return one item and try to follow their "return policy", but it's not possible to do what I am requested: to contact costumer service to indicate the items to be returned and get from them the details how to send back the item (e.g. Address).
There is no way to contact costumer service, only a machine with questions which always send me back to read their "policy return".
Terrible costumer service, no transparency, I feel scammed. If Shein cannot provide the same quality of service as it is for US and some countries in Europe, then do not expand your business. I have an item at home which does not fit me and I have no possibility to send it back.
