I purchased the polar m430 from this company for $160. I purchased selected this watch in black but received it in white. No worries right? Wrong! I called customer service and was met with an angry, combative, hostile Jennifer who insisted on arguing with me instead of any resolve. I insisted on speaking with someone willing to resolve the matter. I was told by Jennifer I couldn't speak with anyone else right before she hung up on me. This behavior is atrocious! I am immensely disappointed and disturbed by the level of disrespect and hostility I received as a customer. I urge you to think twice before doing business with this caliber of company. Being a small owned business doesn't give you the right to treat your customers as nasty as you do. Shame on you. I will be returning their product for a full refund.
I received a response from one of the owners Craig who offered a long excuse and defense for his employee's behavior. I wasn't expecting anything less than this response as I too had done further research and learned that this is his typical response.

For real honest feedback ratings from customers that have actually purchased from us, Check our Amazon Store ratings 96% positive, Ebay Store Ratings 98% positive, and Google Trusted Stores Reviews 4.5/5 Star Rating or even Bizrate.com.
