Vimeo took my site down because they decided I should have selected a Premium vs. Pro account. They never contacted me to let me know they decided this, they simply locked me out of my site. They offer no customer service phone option, in order to help them reduce their expenses according to their web site. There is no real time chat option either, just an anonymous email where you get to hope someone will get back to you. 24 hours later my issue is still not resolved. Maybe tomorrow... or whenever they feel like it, they're lack of concern for customers is truly astounding. I really hope competitors see this as a business opportunity - I'd love to see more options for consumers in this space.
