Don't buy from them. I booked tickets by the help of the support and they wrote a wrong name on the ticket. Solving the problem is very frustrating the support isn't helpful with solving the problem at all. They made a mistake and I don't have my money nor my tickets! They lied to me that they guarantee the refund in 2 days. Now it's not possible and no one answers me to the point. What is your Opodo company's policy for not completing their guarantees?
