Midas takes advantage of women, period! Zephyrhills FL Midas sold me 4 tires, alignment and other work which I later found out by a reputable shop was unnecessary work. I tried to replace my tires with less than 15K miles on them but they refused. I've contacted the Zephyrhills Midas (3 times) and corporate office (3 times), no reply. I will post my complaint on every website I can find re: Midas. Bad business! Takes advantage of women! Maybe a class action suit is in play because of the women who posted on the Midas corporate website. Shame on Midas!

Messed up orders. Horrible customer service, unable to communicate w them due to language barrier. I've had to ask for refunds a few times to messed up orders. I have to call customer service at least 4 times before the money is refunded. They charge more than what the Instacart website shows. If you call, they tell you they charge more than the store price. I tell them I understand that but the Instacart website should show the correct price. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR $!

I have been a customer for 9 years. Well this year they wanted to increase my bill from $55 to $87 for the same services. I do not watch TV a lot so I had the Basic TV with 20 channels of which I watched 9 of them. I cancelled my cable and have internet only which use to cost $44.99 now costs $64.99. I was paying $34.99 for internet+$20 for cable. I knew once TimeWarner and Charter merged the customers would be screwed. Loyalty means nothing to this company. Once I can change my internet provider, I'm gone from this company. ***middle finger*** to you!

I've been on the site for 3 months. I've been scammed twice but smart enough to know they were scammers. I called them out and they stopped communicating with me.

Mostly losers and dirty old men on this site.:(

I rarely log on because it's a waste of time.

A total waste of $$$!
