Company unilaterlly canceled my order, called- they don t have an explanation and did not even care. There were chicken noise in the back of the csr. Talked to a darwin who did not even care either. They shall not be trusted

Bad customer service, rude people, customer service manager has no manners. Delivery issues exorbitant, threats. DO NOT ORDER from them

“Scam par exellence”

1) besides rude employees they are in many cases not competent
2)their rebate program is a scam you never receive their 11%. I will commence suit
3)trying to contact their corporate office or even customer service is impossible
DO NOT SHOP WITH MENARDS- lowes matches their rebates IMMEDIATELY
