Opodo charged me twice for one trip. After calling customers service many, many times, somebody listen to my complain and promised that my poblem will be resolved. I called my bank, two weeks after that call and, in fact
Nothig has been done. They took the money from my account, on Jan. 9th and on Jan. 10th and no refunds.
I am still waiting for the end of my saga!
