Ordered a few parts for Audi this summer. Good deal overall. Prices were reasonable, quality was good, items came as pictured and packaged normally! Web site could use an easier to find "your garage menu", it hides it under the search bar - on the right. Otherwise web-site is good!

Used them for 5 years for Audi - all good. Overall opinion = excellent!
Parts were great quality. Their website has a good distinction between GENUINE/OE/OEM.
Prices are normal.
Returns - all good, did a few of those with no problems. Refunds were prompt.
Customer service is awesome and knowledgeable (Phone or email).
Warranty - miraculous lifetime lol, I don't know how they do it. They said most people don't take advantage of them, so that is nice to hear. I know I sure wont return anything if it served me well...
Every now and then they have email promo coupons...
They really need to expand into FCPJapan / FCPAmerica...
