Tell me why I've been writing this company for the past two weeks. I Accidentally made two of the same order, because my phone had froze, I thought my first item did not went through but it did, without me realized it went throug that was on there app. When I saw the payment on Quad pay I email fashion nova right away emailing them about my issue. TO HELP ME fix my problem I have not yet got a respond. They have no numbers, only email. Since I use Quad pay, so I called them as well they say fashion nova is the only one that could handled it. They charged me for two of the same items and sent it to me in two weeks later. Since September 4th I've been writing this company, now it's September 20, i just received both of the items 4 days ago, that means my email was ignored. Now two of the dresses don't fit, can't get no help on how to return these items. I'm stuck with 6 dresses that does not fit and also they look alike dresses. No one from this company email me back whichis very upsetting. This company is poorly of helping their customers, they have no customers service, no professionals conduct. If you buy from them you are stuck with items that don't fit. I will never order from them again, because this is the second time, last time this company did this it was because they was moving to a wear house, now they should have employees responding to emails from customers issue. Fashion nova ONLY! Responded to celebrities which I think that's bias.
