I was on hold with Canpar (the company Walmart.ca uses for delivery) for over an hour... when they finally answered I was told... it isn't us it's Walmart... Walmart didn't even provide the proper waybill no#, so they can't find my package. I called Walmart and they can't give me any answers. They sent the courier company an email and are waiting till Canpar gets back to them... So basically this is going in circles and I am not getting any answers. By the way I need what I ordered for medical purposes. 5 days later still no answers, I am out the money.
There is no way of contacting anyone hirer at Walmart - they have so many blocks in place - the only person I can get is a call center supervisor. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE... SHAME ON YOU WALMART!
