Our records indicate that the booth was indeed crafted according to the specifications you provided, with white and oyster gray vinyl. We do not offer antique yellow vinyl as an option, and there were no deviations from your custom order.

Regarding the sample policy, we strive to provide clarity and transparency to our customers. Our standard policy allows for the provision of samples upon request if colors are something that is important to you before the order has been placed. We are puzzled by the conflicting information you received regarding this policy. This policy was disclosed to you at the time of purchase as well as on our website. When the order was placed, you checked a box marking that you agreed and understood our policies. It states that if samples are important, then they need to be requested; otherwise, by not requesting the sample, the customer has waived their right to dissatisfaction with the product.

Furthermore, please note that custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable. As the item was manufactured correctly according to your specifications, we do not have any other solution to provide. We understand that you may not like the final product, but it was produced accurately based on the details provided.
