I was lured into using this site by great prices and good customer service on the front end. After two months of waiting I still do not have the products I ordered and no one can tell me when I can expect them. Erick the customer service manager is the most ineffective person I have ever spoken to. All he could tell me was to send an email because he can not provide information over the phone. He is not pleasant and not helpful. No one there is and every time you ask a question the answer is you will have to wait at least 2 days for a response. I will never make this mistake again.
Tip for consumers:
Shipping time is currently over two months and still has not shipped. Asked for refund information and was told they can not tell me I would have to email for that so still waiting on that to.

I am very sorry that you are unhappy with your experience and the issues we had with procurement at this time. I do not see a request for a cancellation, however we are shipping the table bases out for you on Monday and you will receive tracking within 48 hours after that.
