Please read through the photos of my text conversation with a Wayfair representative. The conversation with the rep was fine, the situation, however, is completely unfair and other consumers need to know how Wayfair intends to handle situations such as the one my wife and I were put in.

First time here. Website is organized well. Instructions on caring for plants is straightforward and welcome. Seems like the products will be worth the cost. This is a gift for my wife so I'm hoping these plants come in good shape. I'm impressed thus far and I'm hoping that impression lasts.
