I have no idea how this company manages to stay in business but it's pretty obvious that most all positive reviews are fake reviews (the fact that every single one of their 5 star reviews are less than 2 sentences and written in broken English is a dead giveaway. Premium Vials pays people in India to write reviews for them, indicative of poor company ethics). Nonetheless they had what appeared to be a good deal on 100 1oz square droppers so I went ahead and placed my order. This was back in October 2019 before Corona was even a thought yet they took 10 days to lazily print out a label and stick it on my package which they then let sit in their warehouse for five additional days before it picked up. When I finally received the vials, I noticed that the bevel in the base of the vials vary wildly and are uneven with some of them appearing to take on various cosmetic deformities as well a couple that were scratched badly.
But then last week stupidly I ordered 2 sets of Boston round bottom bottles for our upcoming coconut cleanser along with pumps (12 16oz Round Bottles with pump, 12 8oz Round Bottles with pump. They shipped the 8oz and 16oz separately (claiming they ran out of stock and couldn't ship from one warehouse) so they me $50 in shipping due to their stocking error! That's right! Premium Vials charged me $48 for shipping that costs $28 through ups ground with the same dimensions and weight. (Another way Premium Vials pads their pockets)
But that's not all!! Here we are two weeks later and one package gets here (the one that was supposed to be 8oz Bottles + Pumps....I open the box and it's a case off 100 1/2 oz bottles!!! Seriously??? Their staff I honestly think are allowed to use their weed pens at work and it shows, if your staff are so high they look at a packing slip that says Twelve (8OUNCE) and throw in ONE HUNDRED Half Ounce ones they need to take a break.
To add insult to injury Amanda (who sounded miserable as she probably has to deal with her drug addled staff throwing random items together and wasting their Inventory daily) told me that stuff happens I shouldn't worry about it and I should just be grateful that premium vials was willing to even replace my order?? What??? Are you kidding me? And then when I told her it needed to be sent 2nd day or 3rd day she told me she'd sent rush it to me no problem and conveniently closed for the weekend so that I couldn't call back when I realised she screwed me and sent it ground from a warehouse across the country. Your staff has got to be strung out on drugs or day drinking because to work at a VIAL SHOP and you can't tell the difference between an 12 EIGHT ounce and 100 HALF ounce VIALS? When that's the ONLY THING IN THE ORDER!!?!?!
No one owes Premium Vials or it's greedy owners who can't even supply Substandard Vials our business! Lmfao! The way they do business I thought I was dealing with an overseas fly by night company. You might as well cut out the middle man and just order directly from China, you'd probably get better customer service.
