I switched to AT&T due to the good deals and our local store seemed like a good place to go. The local store was good, people were helpful and seemed like they wanted to resolve problems. The problems started with the first bill, it was not what the store quoted and after numerous calls to them were told the plan we were enrolled in did not exist. Went back to the store and they called and had a fight with them and told us everything would be fixed. 5 months later, nothing is fixed.
We did not get agreed upon rate and then we were told to return our old phones for $1600 reimbursement. Call constantly and they say they do not have phones. I got signed receipts from UPS with their employee signing for the packages and sent that to them, no response.
My next step is BBB and hoping they can put some fear into them. They are unresponsive, have no follow up and really do not care about their customers. Stay away!
Still calling and still no call back. I am starting to believe this phone return is a scam, you send in the phones and they sell them elsewhere. Why is this being allowed to continue?
