My disabled husband and i went to riddle yesterday and we needed a wheelchair to transport him to the car into the hospital and there were only two huge wheelchairs there and one had only one leg rest. So i asked the receptionist if they had any other wheelchairs there, she said no. I was flabbergasted and she did not bother to help us in any other way about getting another wheelchair. I have no other problems with the main line health system, because the doctors there are awesome! But a hospital with not enough wheelchairs! Ridiculous. I would say to go there because again of the awesome doctors that the main line healh system has on staff, and the great care that they treat their patients. If your loved one needs a wheelchair, this is not the place to go.

We enjoy watching britbox and they have some of our favorite shows, but what is going on with them. You pay for britbox and then if you want to contiue to watch your favorite program, you then again have to pay again to continue to watch them! Are we the only ones that think this practice is totally unfair? Talk about double dipping!
I would give them a higher star but to pay again when you pay upfront for the service is totally unfair.

The tech was just here to look over my husbands power wheelchair and this tech was awesome to say the least. He went over the whole wheelchair with such professionalism and accuracy, it was just awesome, to use that phrase again. And also my previous review of michele was too tough, we were both having a bad day, i guess. Things like that happen. But if you ever need your wheelchair or any other medical device repaired these are the people to do the job right. The tech took the time to explain everything that he did and what was wrong. Again, look no further than my mobility pro for all of your durable equipment needs. Thanks again to michelle who accomadated our schedule! My mobility should be proud to have such great and awesome employees.

We live in an (a) apartment complex which is being serviced by scott fick plumbing. I had asked the workers who had been working on the vents to wear booties and mask because my husband has ESRD and his immune system is not so great. These two gentlemen were awesome. They came in wearing the booties and masks and i cannot say enough good things about them. I do not know their names. They were so polite and professional! Did a great job with the vents and explained to us everything that they were doing. I was delighted when the younger worked used his initiative and used two cvs bags for his booties. If these two men are indicative of what this company is, then give the company a gander. Thank you

Let me tell you about careguard, which also goes under the name of ametros. This company is excellent. We recently had a problem with a difficult company, spin life. This went on for months. Ametros, or care guard is a company that looks over and handles settlements from worker comp, etc. the people at this company could not have been more helpful, especially a dme authorization specialist, lisa p. She was so professional and very much helpfull in being with us during this whole process. She was very helpful even when we were what we seemed to be at our wits end. She returned our phone calls in a timely manner and advised us in what to do next. Ametros or care guard should be proud to have a excellent employee like lisa! Thank you again

This company is located in murray utah and they helped us a great deal in a situation that we had with a defective wheelchair. Their customer service representative, karina maya, very professional and patient with us and darcy heck went above and beyond, including karina maya, of what they were suppose to do and solved our problem to our satisfaction. They kept us informed every step of the way if you ever need a durable medical equipment company, please use them. They are very awesome! 1

This is a continuation with our ongoing problem with this company, first of all their customer service people, especially one. This is about a portable wheelchair that was purchased in dec 2021 and died in early feb of 2022. After numerous service calls, we told spin life we want our monies back and this defective wheelchair taken back. Well, they will take it back, but not without a 25% restocking fee! The item is defective and we gave them every chance to repair it and they have the nerve to charge us a restocking fee! Since this wheelchair died, i have to push my husband in a manual wheelchair for his dialysis treatment. I am 65 years old with disabilities of my own. His big power wheelchair will not fit in my small car. Its a good thing that we did not get the big power wheelchair from spin life. This wheelchair now sits in the corner of our apartment, useless, just like spin life. The president of spin life be ashamed of the way the company responds to its disabled and valued customers.
