This company has a very old and good reputation, however, they put you on auto-renew, and, when it renews, it is typically for 3 to 6 mo at a time. You cannot get a refund once they start billing, or re-start billing. They do not send notifications that they are re-booting your billing, either. In order to cancel, they make it as difficult a process as possible.
As far as the "new" program goes: The points system makes little sense and I found it to be not effective. You can think of calories as "points" just as well as the WW system and keep control of your weight in a much more efficient manner-no charge.

I am on the do not call list, etc, however I've suddenly started getting unsolicited text messages from different people with a website attached. When you go to the website to investigate, it auto-refers your browser to the FUBAR landing page! If that's not spam, I don't know what is.
