Website was not working properly last night when the buy 1 get 2 free promo was going on. I took screenshots with timestamps to prove how every time I tried to enter a promo code, I was sent to a different screen. After being a loyal customer for 20+ years, this is the first time customer service was this horrible. They refused to honor the BOG2 even though the order couldn't be placed because their site wasn't working properly. The attached is the chat transcript. We are all struggling financially so the deal was a great one, ESPECIALLY since my 4 y/o NEEDS 2 of those items
