I purchased my first pair of shoes & I was so excited to receive them..only they were way too big. I sent the return and completed the exchange online. Easy peasy..not so much. I sent my return two weeks ago. Tracking number confirms they received it. Where is my exchange? There is no info online about when I can anticipate my shoes. I can't get in touch with customer service via phone. So I tried email..annnnd no response. It's really awful if you need help after they have your money. Clearly they don't care. I'll give it another week & then file a complaint with the better business bureau and ask my credit card company to dispute. First and last time buyer. It's not worth the hassle.

I placed a get well order today, and after the order was confirmed, all these charges were tagged on AFTER I placed the order, making it more than double the price. I called & asked to speak with a supervisor. There was no supervisor!!! The salesperson on the phone said they canceled my order and could not provide me with a confirmation or reference number. They said to refer to my order number. I did, and guess what? The order is not canceled!! What kind of scam are they running here? Ugh. What a headache!! Now I have to call my credit card company to dispute. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!! Never again!!

I'm beyond disappointed in this company. This is my first and last purchase. I ordered a kitchen table with a marble top. It was super heavy to get into my apartment. When I opened the box, the marble was cracked in three places. I called & they said they would send me a new one. I asked for assistance getting it out of my place since it's so heavy (I'm 5'3 on a good day). They said suuuure no problem. I didn't hear from anyone for 2wks. Meanwhile the new table was delivered & you can hardly move in my apartment with 4 huge boxes. I finally get a call from the shipping company & they said they can only come weekdays between 1-5. Unfortunately I don't have the luxury of not having to work until 5pm. They referred me back to World Market, and the supervisor never responded to my call. If I could give a negative 0 rating I would. Awful awful awful!!

I ordered a dress almost two weeks ago. They charged my card and sent me an email, stating that I would be notified when my dress was shipped. I never received an email. I contacted customer service, who gave me a tracking number and a link. I entered the tracking number, and it stated "item not found." I contacted them again, and was given another tracking number, and was told that the item was shipped on 10/28. I never received an email. This person gave me a different tracking number for usps postal service and sent me a link. I put in this tracking number, and got a message, "tracking number not found." The funniest part of this, was the customer service representative's response when I informed her that neither of the tracking number provided were valid. She said, "just trust me, it has shipped, I'll send you the tracking information later." What???? Am I dealing with a 5yr old??? That is the funniest most unprofessional response I've ever received in my entire life. Ha! I am contacting my credit card tomorrow and reporting them. I plan to fight this charge. I believe this is an international company and they don't have to follow the same guidelines as US based companies. Buyers beware! I really regret ordering from them, I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand. If you are considering doing so, IT'S NOT WORTH THE HASSLE! DON'T DO IT!!
