I ordered a dress almost two weeks ago. They charged my card and sent me an email, stating that I would be notified when my dress was shipped. I never received an email. I contacted customer service, who gave me a tracking number and a link. I entered the tracking number, and it stated "item not found." I contacted them again, and was given another tracking number, and was told that the item was shipped on 10/28. I never received an email. This person gave me a different tracking number for usps postal service and sent me a link. I put in this tracking number, and got a message, "tracking number not found." The funniest part of this, was the customer service representative's response when I informed her that neither of the tracking number provided were valid. She said, "just trust me, it has shipped, I'll send you the tracking information later." What???? Am I dealing with a 5yr old??? That is the funniest most unprofessional response I've ever received in my entire life. Ha! I am contacting my credit card tomorrow and reporting them. I plan to fight this charge. I believe this is an international company and they don't have to follow the same guidelines as US based companies. Buyers beware! I really regret ordering from them, I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand. If you are considering doing so, IT'S NOT WORTH THE HASSLE! DON'T DO IT!!
