The rings are pretty. But one I receive had a flaw... And they say I have to pay to ship it back. And exchange it.
Based on reviews I have seen and a case at BBB I question whether the stones are real white sapphires.
My mom ordered a ring that was supposed to be real pearl. And the coating came off... looks like a plastic ball that was painted.
After raising hell about their customer service, They offered a $10 credit on my next purchase. Lol. I won't be buying from them again.
I paid $89 for the ring. And I have to pay another $15 to return/exchange it.
TERRIBLE COMPANY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
