I've ordered both shoes and clothes from this company. In order to get decent prices from them you have to join their VIP club. Then you have to remember to go to their website during the first 5 days of the month and "skip" the month or they charge your card an minimum amount and put the money in in your account to spend later. (Forced shopping). The materials are OK but not worth the price without discount. If you play the game you can get some cute clothes. They do have large sizes for cute clothes.

I bought 2 dress using the sizing charts that were available on the item's page. One fit okay but it was tight for an XL I thought would be big. The other one had puckered seams and the dimensions were nowhere near what the sizing chart said. I emailed and asked to return it. I was told that since they are in China it would take too long and cost too much to return it but they could discount my purchase of a second dress (original dress 27$ second dress 8$). So I bought it and got the same results. When I complained they would do nothing further to help.

I started using Ebates in 2011 and messed up my account using different emails and ending up with multiple accounts. When I asked for them all to be consolidated my cash back disappeared. Molly in customer service went out of her way to find out where my cash back had gone and return it to me. I actually had a typo in one of my emails when I signed up. All fixed now (and I'll write it down).
