Website was more difficult to navigate this time. Not sure why but I felt like I was going in circles.
I love the glasses I got here and wanted another pair b/c stuff happens.
Could not have had a worse experience. Everything they did was wrong. The arrangement wasn't what I ordered, delivery was 2 days late, flowers were not fresh and dropping blooms everywhere, the water in the vase was brown, they charged a handling/delivery fee of $20 which they failed to mention. When I complained, they offered me $7.50 off my $80 order and a coupon for my next order. I guarantee my next order will never happen.
