“Order got cancelled for no reason”

I placed an order for a pair of shoes and got cancelled for no reason. I sent an email to customer service but no reply. I chat with online customer service who told me email is the only way for international orders and it takes 3 days to reply. After they cancelled my order, the price for the shoes went up 50%. This is very awkward and unprofessional. Will never shop on Gilt again.
