I received a dash kit that was SUPPOSED to be specifically for my 2020 Chevy. It was not but they kept saying that it was. I did the research and sent pictures as proof that the dash kit was for the 2017 Chevy. Pictures of the kit, both the 2020 and 2017 years interiors were sent to the company. Their response was "That's the only kit we sell" They said nothing about altering their advertising. I didn't receive a thank you for letting us know, or an apology. I returned the kit and am still awaiting their review of the situation and the status of a refund. 3 weeks of emails and they still don't believe me. Apparently, pictures do lie to those who don't want to accept responsibility even with undisputable proof.
Tip for consumers:
I award this business 5 (BLACK) stars and 5 middle fingers.

Unfortunately, I not only considered it but I bought things twice, (BIG MISTAKE) if I do it again I'll cancel myself. This is apparently some guy in his basement with a laptop who forwards your order to an actual business. 1st order wasn't complete, 2nd order was wrong parts, poor/nonexistent customer service.
Tip for consumers:
Rather than CARID, I refer to the (business?) as CARDON'T

Tires & wheels. (lock nuts, and one spacer missing)
Dash kit ordered. Received the wrong kit. still awaiting refund decision, 3 weeks.
It's a shame that in today's world we have to give accolades and atta-boys for receiving the type of service that we expect and was normal a generation ago.
Andy's is the first place I look for anything car related that I need/want. Why? Refer to the above sentence.

I usually have an issue with a business that has all 5-star reviews, simply because 75% of our population is typically unhappy with life in general much less happy with anything they spend money on.
IE: You can't please all the people all the time. Even God makes mistakes. He gave women the ability to speak.
Anyhow, This company has unbelievably achieved the unachievable.
I purchased a Gold Sheild 5L cover in April of 2020 and had an issue with it. A couple of emails from me (a grumpy old man and member of the 75% club) resolved the issue. WOW! A no-hassle replacement is on it's way... hopefully, I guess I'll just wait and see if it arrives... and see if I can create a negative in which to knock this 5-star thing down a couple of stars.
