I signed up for Wix solely to create a website with a Facebook Shop integration, a feature advertised on their platform. Imagine my disappointment when, after paying for a year-long subscription and launching my website, I discovered the Facebook Shop functionality would be discontinued in April! (I signed up at the end of March)
Wix failed to disclose this crucial information during the signup process. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. They happily took my money for a service they knew wouldn't be available for most of the subscription period.
Their suggestion of using unreliable third-party apps is not a solution. I expect a seamless integration, not a patchwork of untested workarounds.
Adding insult to injury, Wix denied my request for a refund on the remaining 11 months. This is outrageous! They essentially sold me a product they can't deliver and are refusing a refund only 18 days after the purchase.
