CANT USE MY TAKE 30 DISCOUNT BECAUSE OF? OTHERWISE OKAY

I know this company has been around forever but it is a miracle considering how inept the website is and their customer service is no better. It took me 3 days to pay my bill after I realized that the auto withdrawl I setup did not happen. I have had problems getting my services setup and after I was told all my current drs were on their approved list I found out otherwise. If you have any choice pick another insurance company.
Sent wrong item despite having right item on packing slip. Customer service is largely people whose first language is not English and if you have an "ebay" order which does not come with an "order number" that makes it even worse. I did not discover the problem until after 30 days and they refuse to do anything about it on that basis despite it obviously being there mistake.
Ordered an item on ebay. They used another company to fill it. The other company sent the wrong item despite having the right item on the packing slip. By the time I discovered the mistake it was past 30 days and they are refusing to make it right on that basis

Hi Bud, We are a paid subscription service and not a free service. I'm sorry if you thought otherwise and therefore felt mislead. That was never our intention. Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer.
