Poor quality t-shirts and they don't fit well. The M size is actually more an S than an M. Even worse, they actually charge you quite a high "handling" fee to return the products unless you get a store credit.

Tip for consumers:
Returns are PAID, unless you ask for a store credit.

Awful experience, which got even worse after speaking with their "Customer service".

Where to start? Maybe with the 500g cheese missing in my order? Or maybe with the ice packs who were melted? Or the 925g cheese received instead of 1kg (this is "normal/acceptable" according to them).

I tried to reach out to their Customer service in different ways and it took them 5 days to get back to me. They did not even apologize and gave me a $20 credit "to use later" for all the issues mentioned above.

Bought a product at Kohls.com because it was mentioned I would receive $30 in Kohl's Cash.

However, I didn't see their e-mail and now it's "Expired". The expiration date is also VERY short, good luck with that.

Customer service say they cannot do anything to help. Suuuuure, it's not like if you had full access to my Kohl's account and could add $30 in there.

Well done Kohl's, you've just lost one more customer.

Shutterfly orders are taking for ever to arrive and their staff is trying to blame Covid-19 when other retailers have no issues or only minor/acceptable delays.

Here's the reason: Shutterfly thought it was smart to use "USPS Mail Innovations", the cheapest, slowest shipping offer from USPS. So yes... they save $0.50 per order BUT packages take 10+ days to arrive.

Customer service wasn't helpful when I asked for a refund.

Sorry Shutterfly, you won't get my money next time and I'll make sure everyone knows you're not trustworthy from now on.
