While Wayfair's products are reasonably priced the quality of the products are poor and cheaply made. Have ordered on 2 occasions. First a fold up futon that wasn't as described, intended person of its use wasn't able to sleep on because of poor padding and a huge gap between the fold down back and seat cushion. The second item bought (3/21) was a gaming / racing chair that came with stitching missing in the seat back, Wayfair made good on it and sent a replacement. 7/21 the left arm rest and back support broke rendering the seat back useless. Wayfair again has promised to replace it, was due on 7/26 however I didn't receive it. Upon calling them again I was told the part was on back order and was due to be shipped on 7/27 and I would receive it on 7/29, didn't happen. Third call was told the part would be to me by 8/2 Wont order anything in the future from Wayfair and suggest others don't as well. If the part wasn't received by 8/2 they "may consider replacing the entire chair" I'm not holding my breath! Horrible business. I did receive a part on 7/31/2021 however it was the wrong part. Another phone call was told Wayfair would go ahead and replace the chair and it would ship on 8/12 to be received by me on 8/19. On 8/2 i received an email from FedEx confirming shipment with a delivery date of 8/4. I believe the customer service people try to do their jobs and have to be under a great deal of pressure in taking the brunt of the poor products Wayfair sells.
