I purchased a lifetime license back in 2019 and loved the product. Two years later I can't access the software saying I need to purchase an upgrade at $59.95. I backed out of it and they immediately dropped the price to $19.95. I bought it. Then I tried to convert a youtube to mp3 and they said I had to buy another "King" upgrade. I wouldn't do business with these people under any circumstances. I can't stand the bait and switch routine. This was the worst. Freemake... should be renamed Wetake!

Did not end up using anything as they kept jabbing me for upgrades and I finally backed out.
Allivet made an otherwise cumbersome process pretty easy. The re-order process even easier.
Meds arrived within 10 days.
