My first order from Chewy.com came in just a couple days (free shipping) but was not sized correctly according to the specs so didn't fit my dogs. I called, got a customer service rep right away, asked if I could return and get a free shipping label for the return. No problem, she said. Then instead of the return she suggested that I donate the items to a local shelter. Cool! Then she processed the refund and discounted the replacement items. Had all my information so I didn't even have to give her an order number. Great system, great service rep, great experience!
